Olde Tyme Christmas & The Parade of Lights

This is also Shop Small Saturday! During Medina’s Olde Tyme Christmas, businesses have encouraged folks to come in and shop by offering ‘Make and Take’ or ‘Take and Make’ kits/crafts, or a raffle for a prize while collecting items for the food pantry. In years past, there have been thousands of folks in Medina to participate in the day’s activities – Home for the Holidays 5K, Cutest Little Elf Contest, Tree Lighting Ceremony, meeting Santa and Mrs. Claus, etc. The Parade of Lights features numerous floats and traditionally goes down Park Avenue to Main Street. These events are handled by the Village of Medina Tourism Committee. Additional details of the day’s festivities can be found at www.christmasinmedina.com
